Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer (Multiple Openings) 

Job Description:

• Design new programs and system architecture. Write, analyze, review, and update system programs.
• Perform business requirement analysis, business processes operations in product life cycle management, supply chain management and integrations with multiple downstream systems EBS, GTrack and Supply Chain.
• Develop and implement PLM Solutions.
• Work on Use case documents, Business requirement documents, Business process maps, Process workflows with cross functional teams and process owners.
• Define Approved supplier list and build Supply chain tables for products.
• Define the process and implement the solutions and process for NPI, BOM structuring, Product structuring, Labelling, Supply Chain and Contract manufacturing along with Product portfolio management and defining Product detail set.
• Projected the project success, developments and process improvements through Dashboard reports and KPI.
• Design and implement solutions to automate PLM system to ease the process and maintain better quality.
• Work with multiple cross track teams for continuous Business process/Operations improvement.
• Conduct Business Process workshops, preparing pre-workshop and post-workshop contents and help manage risks, issues and action items.
• Conduct user trainings on new business processes implemented and worked with cross functional teams to solve process related issues.
• Participate in quality control management to identify, detect and ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place.
• Participate in continuous improvement of Change and Business process.
• Work with Oracle Agile PLM, SAP S4 Hana, SAP Fiori.
• 40 hrs/wk.
• Must have Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master’s).
• Must have 1 year experience (or 1 year experience as Lead Consultant, Functional Consultant, or related occupation). Must have 1 year experience performing business requirement analysis, business processes operations; Developing and implementing PLM Solutions; Java, Java Script, JSP, SQL, XML, XSLT, HTML, SOAP, Agile SDK, Agile Core Web Services, Eclipse, Selenium, JMeter.
• Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
