Software Engineer

Job Title: Software Engineer (Multiple Openings) 

Job Description:

• Analyze and develop document business, functional and data requirements.

• Work using principles of Software Development lifecycle and comply with highly controlled environments.

• Analyze system architecture and system data flow to map requirements across systems.

• Develop and conduct peer reviews of business requirements, functional requirements, data migration requirements, integration requirements.

• Develop interfaces based on requirements.

• Design & develop system integrations based on data flow requirements to support cross system functions.

• Design and deploy processes to manage product management change request and change order submitted by packaging, manufacturing, supply chain and quality team.

• Manage system functionality for creation, revision and obsoletion of Clinical and Commercial items in PLM.

• Provide data analysis for all items interfaced between Agile PLM and downstream applications like ERP, Veeva, Boomi and Kinaxis.

• Author, manage and schedule quality reports such as item re-conciliation report, deviation management report, obsoletion request report and KPI metrics.

• Develop and generate supply chain tables and product structure documents. Perform user acceptance testing for sustainment and project releases.

• Draft user requirement for sustainment releases. Perform item data quality inspection and document the inferences, corrective and preventive actions.

• Triage the production issues with business team, QA and technical team and track them to closure.

• Peer review colleague’s deliverables to adhere to the standard operation procedures (SOP).

• Maintain the knowledge repository. Work with Oracle Agile PLM, SAP, Java, C, C++, Boomi, SQL Developer, Selenium, Tableau, ALM.

• 40 hrs/wk.

• Must have Master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master’s).

• Must have 1 year experience (or 1 year experience as Business Analyst or related occupation).  

• Must have 1 year experience analyzing and developing requirements; Working with the software development lifecycle; Developing and conducting peer reviews of business requirements; Developing interfaces based on requirements.

• Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
