Job Title: Business Systems Analyst (Multiple Openings) 

Job Description:

• Conduct system and process level assessments to document current state and identify potential gaps.
• Develop user journeys and process swim lanes for current state and future.
• Gap analysis for data capture, storage and retention as mandated by industry specific compliance frameworks.
• Analyze data gathered and conduct analysis to map mismatches, redundancies, and unusable data.
• Define design principles that guide the analysis and solution of business problems, in functional areas of Human Resources, Financial Planning & Analysis, Manufacturing Operations, Inventory operations, Quality Management and in technology areas of Cloud Computing and SaaS.
• Architect Cloud and/or SaaS based platforms like Amazon Web Services (AWS) & Google Cloud Platform for business consumption, aligned with the Design Principles defined addressing aspects of operations, compliance, recovery.
• Define process and procedures for DevSecOps and create dashboard reporting using monitoring tools.
• Review architecture in an ongoing manner to meet evolving business requirements and prioritize platform level updates and/or enhancements.
• Conduct design reviews, code reviews and test sessions for native functions and integrations using middleware like Mulesoft, Dellboomi.
• Review platform, cloud, and SaaS implementations against the intended and approved design. Review test cases for system, integration, and Non-Functional Requirements.
• Validate test execution for Integration and Non-Functional test cases including data verification for systems like Informatica Big Data Management and Azure Active Directory.
• Evaluate available COTS applications and cloud offerings, applicable to a user environment, with a view of future enhancements and road map.
• Evaluate architecture and business user requirements backlog to create a road map for future enhancements and updates.
• Work with platform architects, software vendors and hosting providers to utilize Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform, Mulesoft, Informatica Big Data Management, Informatica Managed File Services, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, RH OCP, AD, Azure AD, EMR.
• 40 hrs/wk.
• Must have master’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Electr Engineering, or a related field (will accept a bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of a Master’s).
• Must have 2 years’ experience (or 2 years’ experience as Software Engineer, Project Manager, or related occupation).
• Must have 2 years’ experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Mulesoft, Informatica Big Data Management, Informatica Managed File Services, Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Azure AD.
• Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time.
• Telecommuting permitted.
• Salary: $137,114 – $145,000/year.
